Sadie surprises us every day with her new skills and vocabulary. She understands how to talk on the phone and will try to carry-on a conversation with you on the phone. She can tell you something she did during the day.
Sadie loves to be silly and make this silly face!Sadie loves singing and all music. When we are in the car she will say, "Listen to music!" And you better turn it to a song she likes. And she will tell you if she does not like a song. It's so fun to listen to her sing along with the radio. If we are not listening to music then we are singing. She loves to sing The Wheels on the Bus. She makes up new verses each time. Here are a few of her favorites:
The dragon on the bus goes RRRR, RRRR, RRRR
Isa on the bus says Hi Boots
The banana on the bus says yum, yum, yum
We go on and on forever with these made up verse. But it sure is cute when she makes up a new verse. My favorite thing to do is to sing the horn on the bus goes honk, honk, honk and Sadie will interrupt me and say NO it's beep, beep, beep. And I say oh yeah beep, beep, beep.
Sadie is quite a fashionista as you can tell from the following pictures.
I know her hair is in her eyes - we do brush it and pull it back. But the hair band never stays in for long. We will keep trying!
It is finally cooling off here and that means we can play outside and go to the park. We are really looking forward to that!
